The Air Shower Pass Through Box significantly reduces the risk of contaminated particles entering the Clean Room by blowing over the surface of the item during the pass through process, guaranteeing a consistently clean production environment.
The stainless steel Air Shower Pass Through Box from Amber is made of stainless steel and is equipped with an internal HEPA filter with a filtration efficiency of up to 99.99%, which effectively intercepts particles ≥ 0.3 μm and ensures that items are not contaminated during the pass through process.
For clean room logistics needs, it can be equipped with Clean Room Cart Pass Through equipment to achieve safe and dust-free transfer of goods and material carts, improve production efficiency and optimise the internal logistics process in the workshop.
When the items are placed in the Pass Box and the door is closed, the Pass Through Box Clean Room draws in the air through the built-in high-efficiency fan, purifies it through the HEPA high-efficiency filter, and then blows the surface of the items through the nozzle with a high-speed clean airflow to effectively remove the dust particles attached to the surface. After the blowing is completed, the clean air is discharged through the return air outlet to achieve a continuous clean cycle. After the blowing is finished, the clean room door on the other side can only be opened, thus avoiding cross contamination.
