The Xenon Light Pass Box is an innovation of the traditional UV Pass-Through Box, utilizing pulsed xenon light sterilization technology. Pulsed xenon light is a pollution-free, highly efficient cold sterilization technology. This technology reduces the sterilization time from over 30 minutes to under 3 minutes, achieving a disinfect rate of >99.9% against major pathogens. It is also highly effective in areas traditional disinfection methods "blind spots" such as spores and UV-resistant bacteria.
The Xenon Light Pass Boxes employ high-intensity pulsed xenon light sterilization technology. Pulsed xenon light is one of the newest cold sterilization methods that store electrical energy and can be discharged in the blink of an eye using super-high-capacity capacitors. The technology involves high-pressure ionization of high-purity xenon gas in a lamp to produce very intense pulses of light lasting merely 10-100 milliseconds and as much as 200 joules per second. Such pulsed light is an effective method of destroying many pathogens, crevicing, and disinfecting. Safe (mercury-free), very effective, and energy-efficient high-energy pulsed xenon light sterilization.
