This Waterproof Anti-leakage AC FFU Fan Filter Unit is designed with two fans. Thus, the delivery of air is stable and uniform at all high air volume requirements. This dual-fan design offers better airflow coverage as well as provides good stability to the operation of the system and is therefore popular in high-standard cleanroom use in pharmaceutical and biological laboratories, electronics manufacturing, semiconductors, and medical settings.
When there is not enough cleanroom ceiling or equipment installation room to install two single-fan FFUs side by side or one on top of the other, the installation of a dual-fan FFU can be considered that would effectively increase the airflow in the same enclosure size.
A single fan might not be in a position to maintain the steady airflow in time when utilizing ultra-high-efficiency filters like H14 and U15. Dual fans have the capacity to create more pressure and power to provide a uniform flow of air.
