The three-person cleanroom air shower machine has a dual-blow-off design and has 24 high-efficiency stainless steel nozzles. The three-person double blow Air Shower Room adopts a dual-side blow-off design, with 24 adjustable nozzles installed inside the equipment, achieving a spray speed of 18-22 m/s. When the operator enters the blow-off zone, both sides of the nozzles activate simultaneously, using high-speed clean airflow to effectively remove dust, fibers, hair, and suspended particles from the surface of the body and clothing.
The clean airflow is filtered through a high-efficiency particulate air (HEPA) filter, ensuring that the airflow has a cleanliness level of 99.99% and effectively captures dust particles with a diameter of ≥0.3 μm. After the air shower is completed, the system automatically shuts down, the access control system unlocks, and personnel may then enter the cleanroom.
