Single Person Double Blowing Air Shower Room, is a type of Air Shower Room that is designed for single-person access with high efficiency blowing and dust removal from both sides. Unlike traditional single side or one-way blowing equipment, the double blowing design can simultaneously spray high-speed clean airflow from both sides, more thoroughly removing dust particles from the surface of personnel and reducing the risk of contamination of the clean room.

The main components of the purification project have six major parts, respectively: ground system, air duct system, automatic control system, electrical system, water supply and drainage system, and air filtration system.

As the Clean Room is a controlled area with more stringent environmental requirements, the materials that meet the requirements of clean room decoration should firstly meet the characteristics of wall, ceiling and floor without dust production, dust accumulation, corrosion resistance, easy to clean, no joints or fewer joints, and the clean room should be less dead ends and more rounded corners.

Air shower room is a kind of local purification equipment with strong generality, installed between Clean Room and non-clean room. When people and goods to enter the clean area need to be blown through the air shower room, the clean air blown out can remove the dust carried by people and goods, can effectively block or reduce the dust source into the clean area. The front and rear doors of the air shower room/goods shower room are electronically interlocked, which can also play the role of an airlock to prevent unpurified air from entering the clean area.
