The HEPA Box, an essential purification device at the end of the cleanroom.
HEPA Box is the terminal filtration device of Cleanroom air supply system. It's main function is to transport the purified air to the Clean Room with uniform speed and good airflow organisation, to effectively filter the dust particles in the air and to ensure that the air quality in the Clean Room meets the corresponding cleanliness level requirements. For example, in the pharmaceutical workshop, electronic chip manufacturing workshop and other places with very high requirements for environmental cleanliness, HEPA Box are able to provide clean air to meet the production process. For example, in pharmaceutical workshops, electronic chip manufacturing workshops and other places with extremely high demands on environmental cleanliness, HEPA Box can provide clean air to meet the production process.
The outside air first passes through the primary and secondary filtration equipment of the air-conditioning system to remove larger particles of dust and impurities. The pre-treated air then enters the static pressure box of the high-efficiency air supply. In the static pressure box, the speed of the air is adjusted and the pressure is distributed more evenly. Next, the air passes through the HEPA Filter, where tiny dust particles are adsorbed and filtered by the filter paper, and the clean air is then uniformly transported to the clean room through the diffuser plate, forming a stable and clean airflow environment.
Periodically (at least once a week is recommended) wipe the external surface of the HEPA Box with a clean soft cloth to remove dust, stains and other impurities. Remove dust, stains and other contaminants.
The mounting frames around the air supply need to be cleaned as well to ensure the overall appearance is neat and tidy.
Perform a simple sealing check once a month. Observe whether there are gaps between the air supply outlet and the duct, between the air supply outlet frame and the mounting surface, and whether there is any obvious air leakage by lightly touching the connection.
If you find any sealing tape aging, broken, etc. leading to poor sealing, you should replace the sealing tape in time.
High-efficiency filters are key components and should be replaced every 3-6 months, depending on the cleanliness requirements of the environment in which they are used and the amount of air supplied.
Clean the inside of the air supply outlet every six months. Use professional cleaning tools, such as suction device with soft brush head, first suction in addition to the internal visible grey sitting, debris, etc. For some difficult to remove the dirt and dust, it is necessary to use a professional cleaning tool.
For some difficult to remove the stains, you can use a clean damp cloth to gently wipe, wipe to ensure complete dryness before closing the access door.
For high-efficiency air intakes with fans, fans and motors should be inspected quarterly.
If the fan blade is found to be deformed, it should be repaired or replaced in time; if the motor connection line is loose, it needs to be re-tightened.
When carrying out maintenance and repair of HEPA Box, the operator should have relevant professional knowledge and skills, and strictly abide by the safety regulations to ensure that the maintenance and repair work is carried out effectively, in order to maintain the good performance of high-efficiency air supply outlets.
