What Are The Main System Components of The Purification Engineering System?

The main components of the purification project have six major parts, respectively: ground system, air duct system, automatic control system, electrical system, water supply and drainage system and air filtration system.

1. Ground system: Generally use epoxy resin clean ground. Enclosure system: Simply put, it is the top, wall and floor parts, i.e. the six surfaces that make up the three-dimensional confined space. To the details, including doors and windows, decorative arcs, etc.

2. Duct system: Air supply, return air, fresh air, exhaust ducts, end and control devices.

6. Electrical system: Lighting, power, weak power three parts, including purification lamps and lanterns, sockets, electrical cabinets, wiring, monitoring, telephone and other strong and weak power systems.

7. Drainage system: Water supply, drainage pipes, facilities and control devices, etc.

8. Air filtration system: Filters and other purification equipment: such as ozone, ultraviolet lamps, Air Shower (including Cargo Air Shower), Pass Box, Clean Bench, interconnecting locks and other purification auxiliary equipment.

Purification project can be divided into air purification and water purification project, air purification is within a certain space, the air particles, harmful air, bacteria and other pollutants excluded, and will be the indoor temperature, cleanliness, pressure, air velocity and air distribution, noise and vibration, lighting, static electricity control in a certain demand within the scope of the engineering discipline. Purification engineering specially designed room, regardless of how the external air conditions change, the room has to maintain the original set requirements of cleanliness, temperature and humidity and pressure and other properties.
