In modern high-precision industries, Clean Room Equipment is the cornerstone of ensuring product quality, safety, and compliance. This is particularly true in sectors like chip manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, and food processing, where Clean Room Levels and environmental control requirements are extremely stringent. As a one-stop clean room service provider with over 17 years of industry experience, we understand the critical links between design, customization, and construction. This article will introduce five core equipment types to help you optimize your Clean Room Environment and improve project efficiency and safety.
As a key component of the cleanroom entrance, the Air Shower effectively removes dust and particles adhering to surfaces, including personnel and objects, significantly reducing the risk of contamination. Its high-pressure airflow, working in conjunction with the HEPA filtration system, instantly disperses particulate matter, ensuring safe entry into the cleanroom area.
Access control entrance to chip manufacturing plants
Personnel passageways in pharmaceutical production
Entrances to food and cosmetics production areas
For detailed functions and types, please refer to our previously published article, "Top 5 Clean Room Testing Standards for High-Precision Industries," which provides an in-depth analysis of the standards and technical requirements for cleanroom entrance control.
The FFU is the core unit in a cleanroom purification system. With a built-in high-efficiency motor and HEPA/ULPA filters, it provides uniform, controllable, and directed airflow within the cleanroom. Its high purification efficiency, ease of maintenance, and customization make it indispensable for maintaining ISO Class 5-8 cleanliness levels.
FFUs are widely used in environments such as semiconductors, pharmaceutical plants, cleanroom production lines, and modular cleanrooms. For detailed application scenarios and deployment recommendations, please refer to our previous article, "Where Are Fan Filter Units (FFUs) Suitable for Use?"
The pass box's double-door structure allows for the safe transfer of materials between cleanroom and non-cleanroom areas, preventing air cross-contamination caused by door opening and closing. It serves as a vital "buffer" between the cleanroom and the external environment.
It is suitable for use in pharmaceutical sampling areas, laboratory sample transfer, and food raw material transfer. Automatic pass boxes or pass boxes with UV sterilization capabilities can be customized according to customer needs.
The AHU (Air Handling Unit) centrally cont rols temperature, humidity, pressure differential, filtration, and airflow within the cleanroom, ensuring a stable environment throughout the space. Combined with cooling/heating sources and air distribution systems, it precisely maintains the required cleanroom level.
Our AHUs can be customized to meet project requirements, seamlessly integrating with the overall cleanroom design, simplifying installation and ensuring efficient commissioning.
This area provides operators with a localized ISO Class 4–5 cleanroom workspace, widely used for precision operations such as chip testing, drug preparation, and cosmetic blending.
Since our founding, we have served over 1000 projects across a wide range of industries, including chip manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, food, and operating rooms, bringing us extensive experience and engineering expertise.
