Requirements for Class 10000 Cleanroom Workshop

We know that Cleanroom Workshops can be divided into many cleanliness levels. Different products require different cleanliness levels. Different cleanliness levels have different requirements. So what are the requirements for a Class 10000 Cleanroom workshop?

This process is repeated continuously, and purification is carried out continuously to achieve the cleanliness requirements.

Generally, Cleanroom Workshops can be divided into five cleanliness levels: Class 10, Class 100, Class 1000, Class 10000, Class 100000, and Class 1000000. The cleanliness level is from high to low: Class 10 > Class 1000 > Class 10000 > Class 100000 > Class 100000. It can be seen that the cleanliness level of Class 100000 is a relatively high cleanliness level, which is suitable for some products with high environmental requirements. The requirements for Cleanroom workshops of this cleanliness level mainly include the following.

1. Requirements for the concentration and number of microorganisms of dust particles. The number of particles greater than or equal to 0.5 μm in the workshop shall not exceed 350000, and the number of particles greater than or equal to 5 μm shall not exceed 2000. The number of floating bacteria in microorganisms shall not exceed 100 per cubic meter. The number of settling bacteria in microorganisms shall not exceed 3 per culture dish.

2. Pressure difference requirements: Clean Rooms in a 10000-level workshop need to maintain a certain pressure difference. Generally, cleanrooms with the same cleanliness level can be set to the same pressure difference. For cleanrooms with different cleanliness levels, the pressure difference of a workshop with a high cleanliness level should be 5 Pa higher than that of a workshop with a low cleanliness level. The pressure difference between a cleanroom and a non-cleanroom should be greater than 10 Pa.

3. Temperature and humidity requirements. Generally, there are no special requirements. The temperature in the workshop is controlled at 18℃～26℃, and the relative humidity is controlled at 45%～65%. This temperature and humidity is suitable for the production of most products, and can also take into account the comfort of the staff. It is the temperature and humidity standard set by many Class 10000 Cleanroom workshops. If there are special requirements, the temperature and humidity range should be set according to the production process requirements of the product.

4. Equipment used in the 10000-level Cleanroom workshop. The enclosure structure is generally made of colored steel plates, such as rock wool colored steel plates, glass magnesium colored steel plates, etc. The equipment used includes: pressurized air cabinets, air conditioners, shutters, clean lights, primary and secondary high-efficiency filters, air showers, Pass Boxes, air ducts, etc.
