Cleanroom

Optical Clean Room purification project generally includes


1. Clean production area.

2. Clean auxiliary room (including personnel purification room, material purification room and part of the living room, etc.).

3. Management area (including office, duty, management and rest, etc.).

4. Equipment area (including purification air-conditioning system application of electrical rooms, high-purity water and high-purity gas rooms, hot and cold equipment rooms).


Purification principle


Airflow → primary purification → air conditioning → intermediate purification → fan air supply → pipeline → high efficiency purification air outlet → blowing into the room → take away dust bacteria and other particles → return air shutters → primary purification. Repeat the above process to achieve the purpose of purification.

Purification parameters.


  • The number of air changes: Class 100000 ≥ 15 times, Class 10000 ≥ 20 times, Class 1000 ≥ 30 times.

  • Differential pressure: The main workshop on the adjacent room ≥ 5 Pa.

  • Average wind speed: Class 10, Class 100 are 0.3-0.5m/s, the temperature in winter> 16 ℃, summer <26 ℃, fluctuations ± 2 ℃, humidity 45-65%.

  • GMP powder workshop humidity at about 50% is appropriate.

  • Electronic workshop humidity is slightly higher to avoid static electricity, noise ≤ 65dB (A), fresh air replenishment is 10% -30% of the total air supply, illumination 300LX.
