High-temperature HEPA Box are important equipment working in high-temperature environments, and sealants need to be used for bonding and sealing in the production process. Traditional sealant is difficult to maintain certain physical properties in a high-temperature environment, resulting in the loss of sealing and heat-resistant properties after a long time of use, affecting the service life of the filter and work efficiency.

A Clean Room is an enclosed space where air cleanliness, temperature, humidity, pressure, noise and other parameters are controlled as needed.

In order to achieve the cleanliness level, there must be comprehensive measures, including process arrangement, building plan, building construction, building decoration, personnel and material purification, air cleanliness measures, maintenance and management. One of the air cleanliness measures is to achieve the fundamental guarantee of cleanliness level. In terms of air cleanliness, there are mainly the following specific measures.

1. The air supply to the clean room must be air with high cleanliness. Therefore, a high-efficiency or sub-high-efficiency filter must be selected as the terminal filter, and the air entering the clean room is filtered in the last stage. In order to protect the terminal filter and prolong its life, the air must be filtered through the medium efficiency filter first.

2. According to the level of the clean room, a reasonable choice of clean room air distribution flow pattern, in the work area should be avoided in the vortex area; try to make the cleanliness of the air sent into the room directly to the work area. Air flow is conducive to the clean room particles from the return air outlet.

3. Enough air volume, both to dilute the dust concentration of air, but also to ensure that there is a stable air flow pattern.

4. Different levels of clean room, clean room and non-clean room or clean room and outdoor should maintain a certain positive pressure value.

Cleanroom Purification Systems generally use high-efficiency filters or sub-high-efficiency filters. The power of high-efficiency filters is divided into four classes: Class A is greater than 99.9%, Class B is greater than 99.9%, Class C is greater than 99.999%, and Class D is greater than 99.999%.

The higher the power of the filter, the more expensive it is. So in the choice of filter, to fit both to meet the requirements of cleanliness of the supply air, but also to consider the economic rationality. Considering the cleanliness requirements, the first thing to do is to choose a low-power air filter low-power filter and high power air filter high power filter.

Generally speaking, 1000000 level can choose high and medium effect filters, assuming that the filter is lower than 10000 level, you can choose the second high power or grade A high-efficiency filters. Select Class B filters for classes 10000 to 100, Class C filters are used for classes 100 to 1. Each cleanliness as if there are two types of filters to choose from, select the high power and low power, depending on the details: when the environment is seriously polluted, or the share of indoor exhaust air is large, or the air filter is particularly important, the need for a larger SAF. TY coefficients, in one or more of these cases, select the higher-order filters. Conversely, lower utility filters may be selected. For air filters that require manipulation by 0.1 deg C particles, a Class D filter should be selected regardless of the concentration of controlled particles.

As mentioned above, only from the point of view of the filter, in fact, in order to choose a good filter, we need to fully consider the characteristics of the air filter, the filter and the purification system.
