A Clean Booth is a simple clean room equipment that achieves high level clean room environment through local air purification. It can be installed inside a typical factory building and can meet Clean Room Classifications, which range between ISO 5 (Class 100) to 8 (Class 100000) without much renovation being needed. The cleanroom has a ventilation unit (FFU) that purifies and circulates air in a specific way. With anti-static soft curtains used on it, this generates a stable one direction of the air flow so a clean room environment which meets standards can be created within hours. This is a mobile and flexible Clean Work Booth that is especially applicable in a situation where a company needs a high cleanroom space in a short time.
This device draws in air through the FFU Fan, which then passes through a primary filter and a high-efficiency (HEPA/ULPA) filter, creating a vertical, unidirectional flow. It filters 99.97% of particles ≥ 0.3μm and 99.9995% of particles ≥ 0.12μm.
