Modular Air Handling Unit provided by Amber is characterized by excellent air handling performance as well as a modular design, which renders it extensively usable in hospitals, laboratories, cleanrooms, shopping centers, office buildings, and other institutions. Being a professional Modular Air Handling Unit Manufacturer we, Amber, have an experience of more than 17 years in the industry, and we are determined to offer customers efficient, energy-saving, and customizable air handling systems.
1. Modular design: Functional units such as airflow sections, filtration sections, heat exchange sections, and humidification sections can be flexibly configured according to project requirements, assembled on-site, and are easy to transport and install.
2. High energy efficiency control: Utilises high-quality heat exchangers and energy-efficient fan systems to effectively reduce operational energy consumption.
3. Suitable for various applications: Particularly suitable for large commercial buildings, high-end office spaces, and clean environments with strict air quality requirements.
This Air Handling Unit has a multi-stage filtration unit. The base section is supplied with a coarse-efficiency (G4) filter, and medium-efficiency (F7-F9) filters are optional. Having high-end facilities, it may be upgraded to HEPA (H13-H14) filters, which have the ability to filter PM2.5, bacteria, viruses, and other suspended particles, and comply with the cleanroom standards of the ISO 14644 series. It is especially applicable in areas where air cleanliness is critical, like in hospital operating rooms and electronic cleanrooms.
Q1: Are there any requirements for ceiling height and space when installing an AHU?
A: Modular AHUs are typically installed in equipment rooms, ceiling spaces, or outdoor platforms, and have certain requirements for ceiling height and installation space. Standard unit heights range from 600mm to 2500mm, with specific dimensions determined based on site conditions and airflow requirements.
Q2: Can a Modular Air Handling Unit be used outdoors?
A: AHU supports both indoor and outdoor installation. Outdoor models feature a double-layer corrosion-resistant structure, waterproof and UV-resistant, suitable for high-temperature, high-humidity, or extremely cold environments.
Q3: How effective is the noise control of the AHU?
A: Equipped with silent centrifugal fans, vibration-damping bases, and soundproof panels, the unit operates at noise levels as low as 65dB or below.
